Changelog v.1.11

Learning history and job role now live.

Users can now keep track of learning from the My Items tab.

Learning History and Job Role Features

Learning History: One of our most requested features has been the ability to view your Skilltype history. Traditionally, most of us rely on a combination of browser history, calendar appointments, and email confirmations to tell the story of our education moments throughout the year. With the introduction of learning history, we’re delivering tools that give you more time back in the day.

Job Role: Before, Skilltype users could assess their skills and interests but faced limitations in describing where in the library they applied those abilities. Job titles and families were too specific to individual organizations, lacking universal meaning. We’ve now introduced a feature allowing you to choose from 40 distinct job roles in your user settings. This enhances your profile’s clarity and helps you connect more effectively with opportunities that align with your expertise.

Fixes

  • Skilltype now lists bookmarks in the order you created them, not in the order of adding the resource.

Skilltype is a talent marketplace for information professionals and their teams to analyze, develop, and share expertise.
